Favorite Girl: A Justin Bieber FanFiction

I met her at a resort, at the water park. We were both waiting in line for a slide; I was behind her and had been checking her out for the whole fifteen minutes we'd been standing there.

She was hot. And she wasn't even in a bikini.

Her swim suit was a deep blue halter top, and she was wearing it with chick board shorts. She had long dark hair, which seemed to have become wavy because it was dripping wet.

I flipped my hair and cocked my head to the side, trying to catch a glimpse of her face. Suddenly, she turned her head, and was facing me. Shit, I thought, she totally knows I was looking at her ass.

She smiled. "Excited for this slide?" She asked me. I guess she hadn't seen me checking her out then.

I regained my cool. "Yeah," I replied. "It's going to be killer. Lines freaking suck though."

"Oh, I know..." Damn, she was really pretty. Her dark hair surrounded her face in the most beautiful way. Her lips were full and pink, and they looked really soft. And her eyes. They were large, deep brown, and were lined by thick, dark lashes. I wanted to be closer to her. I bet she smelled really nice. Oh wait, she's still talking...

"...but I guess they're okay if you have someone to keep you company. My friend, Amy, is vacationing here too with her family, but she's doing something with them today." I was watching her lips move. When they stopped, it took me a second to come back. She was giving me a funny look.

"Oh, yeah, sorry. Spaced out for a sec." She laughed at me. "Yeah, I'm here with a friend too, his name is Ryan. He's busy, so I've been checking out the slides and stuff on my own."

"Oh. Well, I'm Mia." She stuck her hand out. "It's nice to meet you."

I took her hand. It was soft. "I'm Justin. Nice to meet you too." I gave her a smile. "Maybe we could hang out today, since we're both wandering around by ourselves?" I asked, hoping she'd say yes.

She ducked her head and smiled shyly. One of her legs crossed over behind the other as she leaned back onto the railing. "Yeah," She said. "Yeah, we definitely could."

Score, I thought. "Cool."

I was beginning to wonder if this was one girl who didn't recognize me. Just to let you in on the secret, I'm Justin Bieber, the latest 'Teen Heartthrob', the fifteen year old singing sensation. The dude all the girls went screaming after. I hadn't been mobbed here yet, but maybe that was because I wasn't super famous here yet. Not that I'm complaining all that much.

Did Mia not know who I was? Or was she just being cool about. I decided to ask her. "So, um, Mia? Do you not, er... know who I am?" I hope I didn't sound too self-conceded.

She raised her eyebrows. "Should I?" She was smirking at me.

I grinned at her, just as the lifeguard blew his whistle for Mia and me to take out seats on the slides. There were two, so we each grabbed a mat thing, put it in the slide, and lay on them head first on our stomachs. We were side by side, but on different slides.

"Mia," I said to her in a low voice. "I'm Justin Bieber." I really wanted to see her reaction, but the lifeguard blew his whistle, and she pushed herself down the side, without a glance to me. Damn. I went down too, knowing I'd see her at the bottom.

The slide was a rush, but I was thinking of Mia.

We both crashed into the water at the same time. I was looking at her, and she was laughing with delight. She caught my eye, and swam over.

"Wasn't that totally the sweetest slide you've ever been on?" She grinned at me.

"Yeah, totally." I smiled, but I was still puzzled about her. "Mia, did you hear what I said to you, before you took off down the slide?"

She looked up at me, with a small smile on her face. "Yeah."

"So..."

"Yes, Justin, I know who you are. Isn't it usually the girl who makes a big deal about your identity?"

I laughed. "You're right. But you aren't making a big deal." We were still standing in the pool of water at the end of the slide.

"Do you want me to? 'Cause I can, if that's what you really want." She smiled. "Look, I'm not saying anything about it, because then, well, then I'm just a fan. And I don't want to be." With one last look into my eyes, she turned to climb out of the pool.

She doesn't want to be 'just a fan'. Does that mean something? She's totally playing around with me. I grinned to myself and followed her out. She was waiting for me, and I offered to put her slide mat away for her.

"Thanks," She said with a smile that was sweet enough to put me in a daze. I stumbled on my way to the mat pile, and heard her laughter behind me.

I walked back to her. She was checking me out. "What's so funny?" I asked with a smirk.

"You." Was her reply. I raised an eyebrow. All she did was smile. We began walking, but I stopped her.

"You've got to stop doing that." I said to her, putting my hands on her shoulders.

"What?" She asked all innocently, eyes big.

"I don't know! Smiling, I think. You just... when you do that, my mind goes blank and it drives me crazy!"

She laughed. "Well maybe, you should stop making me smile."

"I make you smile?" I questioned.

"Yes, you do." She was eying my chest and toned stomach, not meeting my eyes.

I grinned. "Maybe you should stop checking me out."

That caught her attention. She looked up at my face, her mouth open. She began blushing fiercely, and shoved my hands off her shoulders. "I was not!"

I just laughed. "Yes, you were. You totally were."

"Oh, you mean the way you were checking ME out back in that line over there?" She came back at me, defensively.

Now my mouth dropped open. "You knew?" I asked, completely surprised.

"Yes, of course I knew, you freaking pervert!" She was yelling in my face, but she was so cute.

"But, you didn't say anything at the time." I raised an eyebrow.

"Well, that's because..." She was at a loss for words. I had her now. "Because..."

"You wanted to talk to me?" I finished her sentence, smiling.

"Ugh. You are so irritating." She pouted, looking away.

I took a step towards her. "But you like it." I put my arms around her. She didn't push me away. I felt her inhale, and melt into me. "You know, if you're trying to hide the fact that you like me, smelling me isn't really a good way to do that."

She smiled into my chest. I knew because her lips were pressed onto me. "Shut up."

I laughed and inhaled her too. She did smell nice.
